Juliesa

Juliesa is the Administrative Assistant at K&R Strategic Partners, where she has been part of the team since 2024.

In her role, she supports daily office operations and serves as one of the first points of contact for clients, helping ensure a welcoming and organized experience that reflects the firm's commitment to always putting clients at the heart of what we do.

She brings nearly a decade of experience in customer-facing and operations-focused environments, with a strong foundation in client service, communication, and organization developed across a variety of fast-paced roles.

Juliesa works closely with the Sales and Development Manager and across all departments to assist with internal coordination and day-to-day workflow support. Known for her reliability, approachability, and attention to detail, she keeps the office running smoothly and professionally.

Outside of work, she enjoys coffee, matcha, and tea culture, and is a proud cat mom to her cat, Yumi.
