Jennifer

Jen Layton is a Certified Paralegal who has been with K&R Strategic Partners for four years.

She specializes in business entity formation and structuring, with a particular focus on estate planning. Her work includes multi-state entity formations, tax elections, asset protection structures, and the drafting of trust and estate planning documents — helping clients establish a sound legal foundation for their businesses and their families.

Jen earned her Certified Paralegal credential through the University of Arizona and is also a Legal Document Preparer certified through the Arizona Supreme Court.

She works closely with the firm's Tax Managers to make sure each client's structure and overall plan is sound from both a legal and a tax perspective.

Outside the office, Jen is a mother of four and enjoys outdoor adventures with her family.
