Chad

Chad Mugford is a Senior Tax Associate at K&R Strategic Partners, where he has been part of the team since January 2021.

His primary focus is tax preparation, and he is regularly trusted with the firm's more complex returns while building lasting relationships with the clients behind them.

Chad is an Enrolled Agent who continues to further his education, and he holds a Master's in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.

He prides himself on putting clients at the heart of everything he does, taking the time to support everyone he works with — whether that's a brand-new client, a fellow staff member, or someone who has been with the firm for years. The genuine camaraderie, respect, and integrity at K&R are what keep him excited to serve others.

Outside of K&R, Chad spends his time with his wife of 29 years, their three grown children, and two labradors.
