Aurelie Nguyen is an Accountant on the Small Business Advisory Services (SBAS) team at K&R Strategic Partners, with four years of experience serving her clients.

She oversees the accounting and financial health of small businesses — making sure their books are accurate, aligned with smart tax strategies, and ready come tax season. She has also recently expanded her expertise into preparing business tax returns.

Before joining K&R, Aurelie owned and operated her own business for several years, an experience that taught her firsthand what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Because she has walked in her clients' shoes, she connects with business owners on a level that goes beyond the numbers, understanding both the challenges and the rewards of running a company. That shared experience shapes how she serves her clients: with practical guidance, genuine empathy, and a commitment to helping their businesses thrive.

Outside of work, Aurelie's most important role is being a wife and mom — a job that keeps her just as busy and brings her the greatest joy.
