Do you have an office in Scottsdale?
No. Our only location is 6861 E Main St in Mesa, and we serve the north Valley from there. Most of our work runs through the client portal and scheduled calls, so many clients never need to come in.
Are your tax preparers CPAs?
Yes. Yes, credentialed CPAs and licensed Enrolled Agents both sit on staff. An Enrolled Agent is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS, which matters when a return turns into an audit.
What does a return cost?
Fees depend on entity type, number of schedules and the state of your books, so we quote after the discovery call rather than publishing a price that would not apply to you. K&R gives you the number before any work starts.
Can you handle both my business and personal returns?
Yes. For most founders the two are the same decision, since owner draws, payroll and S corp salary all move the personal number. We plan them together.
Do you work with businesses outside Arizona?
Yes. We file in all 50 states and run multi state payroll, so a company with employees or nexus elsewhere stays with the same team.
